Hello

Hello my name is Ashley Doodson I'm a emotional wellbeing coach hypnotherapist and nlp practitioner.


I am the founder of 'Unique You' Meditation & Emotional Well-Being Centre.
The idea of the centre has been a work-in-progress for a number of years. It makes me extremely proud to be able to say I am now in a place in my life where something that was once just a pipe dream is now a reality.

My Story

Throughout my life I have experienced much adversity and struggles leading me towards the path of self-development and healing .
Fifteen years ago my life looked very different to the life I have now.
I was really struggling, and needed to do whatever was necessary to turn things around. There was no hope of a future with any joy.
My mental, emotional and physical health was suffering.
It was time to make some significant changes.
That was the start of my journey to a better future.
Today, things are bright and the future is  positive due to everything I have learned and practiced over the last fifteen years. .

I have trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities in a bid to improve my own life. I made changes to how I think about life, how I deal with life's challenges and the lifestyle I live.
With an overview of all I've learnt in creating a best life for myself, I now want to help others become the best they can be, and to always know and believe:
YOU are a unique person on a unique journey & that's enough
YOU are enough
just the way YOU are.

I feel meditation is probably the most beneficial all round versatile practice.
If you get nothing else from a meditation session just the relaxing in a tranquil environment and being still,  will have a positive healing power and benefit.

Although 'Unique You' is available to all, I feel a connection and desire to help parents find a relaxed and beneficial way to spend uninterrupted time with there child and also women experiencing peri menopause and menopausal symptoms.
My aim is to not only provide services to help with the emotional issues you may be facing, but also to create a community of people all experiencing similar situations. I want these classes to be a place where its ok to be you just the way you are, and help you to find your happy place. It is my hope your experience at my class will help in giving you some of what you need to maintain a healthy emotional wellbeing, and some much needed down time.
