About the event

What happens It is my aim for this class to be some relaxating chill time for you and your child/children to spend together. Once everyone has arrived and is feeling settled.  I will start the with a interactive session. This will be a combination of nuro linguistic programming techniques.(NLP may reduce anxiety and improve overall well-being and give you a better understanding of how thoughts emotions and the words we use can impact the results we get in our lives). Also some  mindfulness techniques all aimed to empower you and your child to have more control over your thoughts and emotions. Then there will be a little movement break some breathing and relaxation techniques and a guided mindfulness meditation with soothing back groud music to they help our mind & body to relax. Please bring with you a mat each,  or bean bag chair or anything you will be comfortable on, a blanket each & a pillow.  Our venue is wheelchair friendly also & there’s parking right outside I look forward to seeing you there Researchers theorize that mindfulness meditation promotes metacognitive awareness, decreases rumination via disengagement from perseverative cognitive activities and enhances attentional capacities through gains in working memory. These cognitive gains, in turn, contribute to effective emotion-regulation strategies. Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a way of changing someone's thoughts and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes for them. It may reduce anxiety and improve overall wellbeing.
